This was my 1st time here because I'm usually put off because Its a little more expensive than Mc Donalds. But they had a lunch time deal on and I just got paid so I thought I'd push the boat out. Soon as you walk through the door your greeted by a staff member with a helpful smile. They show you to your table and explain how to order and what offers they have. I went for the 10.95 burger meal and MY GOD it's on a whole new level to MC Donalds. The quality in the beef and the overall quality of ingredients used were just way better. So if you fancy a treat and your tired of crap food then pop into GBK and taste a proper burger

My teenage son, who only seems to like pizza, actually said the words "this is incredible" half way through his burger. Me and my wife are obsessed with their garlic mayo. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and service was really friendly. Rare to enjoy a meal enough that I think to leave a review, but this place deserves a goodun after how much we all enjoyed it today. Only bit I would advise to the restaurant is to make the choices on the kids menu clearer. There's an option for "no sauces" at the botton, as well as options for no relish, no cheese etc above it. However we didn't expect that no sauces option to remove the cheese. Daughter is fussy and wanted nothing but bun, cheese and burger, but it came without cheese when ticking that option and we had to ask for it to be added, wasn't a problem in the end, just unclear when ordering.

So you scan the QR code and order via your phone. Had a Chicken burger, a Cheeseburger done medium rare, fries, coke and a vanilla shake. The chicken was very juicy and not overcooked. The burger was cooked perfectly also. Service was fine and the restaurant was very clean.

We frequently order in through ubereats and have always enjoyed their food as guilty pleasure. On a whim decided to dine in- Angelica and staff made it a very pleasant experience. I like that this particular branch has halal chicken. Service is personable and friendly. Bonus points when I left my ring behind on their tray and wasn’t expecting to ever find it again but Angelica was so kind and helped me out Moh & I are grateful and will definitely be back x

Went last night, I had the "naked" Rocketman. Naked no bun, so you get a good Salad with the burger and the rocket fuel is the habanero jam. Chunky fries on the side and it was great. Service was friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed it and would recommend a visit to everyone

Great experience at GBK Cribbs Causeway! The chicken burger and Pulled beef burger were both outstanding — juicy, flavourful, and cooked just right. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the chicken especially was super tender and well-seasoned. We also tried the Cruzcampo Spanish beer, which paired really well with the food. Chips refreshing and a perfect match for the rich, hearty burgers. The restaurant had a relaxed vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Only downside: it would be much better if burgers came as part of a meal — having to order chips separately makes it feel a bit overpriced, especially when the portion size of the fries is on the smaller side. A combo option would really improve the overall value. Still, highly recommended for burger lovers — we’ll definitely be back!

So I went for the first time to Gourmet Burger Kitchen Restaurant and I don’t think I regret going one bit. Didn’t take us long to get seated and we looked carefully at the food. I got a smash burger and some crispy chicken wings. This took around 10-20 minutes but worth the wait. Whilst we were waiting, we saw how cool and well they were cooking the beef and the burger. It was fire! When it arrived, it looked spectacular and it also tasted like heaven. Everything cooked in perfection. The wings couldn’t be better. Finished the food. Price isn’t bad as well. I 100% recommend this place if you’re hungry!
